Judging from the survey forms received and the many emails I have that the Melbourne Conference was a great success.

Unfortunately the hotel cleaners were too efficient and threw out the box containing many of your Conference evaluation forms and many have not resubmitted their forms.

I have received quite a few requests for a Conference to be held in Adelaide in 2010 and this will be an option in the survey.
